I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small, especially the bedroom, but the spa service and food service were top-notch for a budget-friendly price. The hotel's location in Kuta was ideal, close enough to walk to many attractions yet far enough from the noisy town center. However, dining was a big letdown with limited options and some closures that we had to pay for.

The hotel's pictures might make it look better than it is, but during our short stay, we couldn't complain. Despite returning to a dirty room after a long day and facing a disagreement with the manager regarding our booking, the experience was acceptable overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was large, comfortable, and well-appointed with a wonderful balcony, making it a great and comfy space to relax. The location was excellent, being central and close to everything needed, with amazing staff and cleanliness. Two minor downsides were the service not being consistently nice every day and some excellent restaurants being not too far from the beach.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were large, airy, and well-equipped with a comfortable king bed, safety deposit box, fridge, and a spacious bathroom. The spa service and food service felt like a 5-star experience at a budget-friendly price. The only drawback was that the staff could try to interact a bit more with the patrons.
